In the heart of London, Prudence, who has designed couture hats for Vivienne Westwood, Yves Saint Laurent, Biba, Gucci, Julien Macdonald, Charles Anastase, Lacoste will teach you all the traditional techniques and secrets needed to design and make your own handmade couture hats for men and women.
With our hat making classes, you will learn how to create hats (and their accessories: bows, flowers, etc.) in straw, felt and fabric using traditional milliner's tools and blocks.
Also available: our professional courses for those wishing to pursue a career in millinery (from beginners to more advanced).
All classes are taught by Prudence herself, only 2 to 3 students per classes.

Our Online Tutorials...

Our online tutorials are easy to follow and show step-by-step clear colour photographs to take you through the process needed to create fabric flowers, hair bands, etc...  You do not need to master any particular sewing technique or any other  skills. In fact, our tutorials are made very simple,  so anyone with basic sewing skill can do it.
Our first two Ebooks  - How to make Fabric Flowers the Couture Way  and  How to make  Couture Hair Bands have proved great successes. 
Our couture tutorials are a perfect introduction to Prudence Millinery hat  making classes or for those who are thinking about taking millinery courses with Prudence but may find travelling and time difficult.
