orders will be sent via registered post to all
UK, European, US and other destinations when
possible.
If an alternative method of transport
is preferred (courier, FedEx, etc... ) please contact us
before placing your order and we will be able to provide
a quote. We shall contact you by email to confirm your order and discuss shipping
methods and shipping costs. Upon
acceptation of the shipping quote and
confirmation of your order, we will send you an "Order
Number".
Hats and shipping must be paid for in full on line by
credit card or Paypal before we start working on your
hat(s).
Please check with us if in doubt. Our hats are sold in Pounds
Sterling, instant conversion in any currency
when paying online. The
recipient may have to pay import duty or a
formal customs entry fee prior to or on
delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may
apply according to local legalisation. Due to
the nature of the hats and accessories, we have a strict no
return or no exchange policy. If your hat or accessory has
been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48
hours after reception.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Visa delta
card payments and Paypal payments through Paypal. If you
are shopping from North America or EEC or the rest of
the World, place your order and your credit card
company / Paypal will convert the transaction to US
Dollars or Euro or in your local currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to
indicate that we have received your order. It does not
indicate that a contract exists between us. We have
included this term to protect us in the case that
we are no longer able to supply a particular product for
some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will
always contact you first to ensure that the price is
acceptable.
